Awards support tuition, books, and on-campus room and board at accredited U.S. colleges, universities, and trade schools. Active Duty, Guard, or Reserve members assigned to Travis AFB Retired military residing within a 50 mile radius of Travis AFB Deceased (KIA/MIA) service members with dependents residing within a 50 mile radius of Travis AFB
