About this scholarship
"A Florida high school senior with a parent or grandparent, who is classified as Retired, Veteran, Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve Officer, or a Former Officer of the US Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and meets the rank requirements. Officers (O-1 thru O-10) Warrant Officers (WO-1 thru WO-5) Non-commissioned Officers (E-5 thru E-9) This rank requirement is waived in the case of Purple Heart recipients * Florida high school JROTC Cadets participating for a minimum of 3 years*"

- "Florida High School Senior who meets the following criteria: 1. Intentions to attend a College or University. 2. Has a minimum 3.0 GPA. 3. Demonstrates superior leadership skills in school and/or community activities. 4. Possesses moral and character attributes worthy of scholarship candidates."
